What is The Jasper Maternity/Baby Expo?
Moms that are hopeful, expecting or have young children in the Jasper, IN area: THIS IS YOUR EVENT!

There are a lot of great local businesses that have wonderful things for us mothers but they aren't always well known about, or can be hard to find. We'd all love to shop local/small when we can, and this event showcases all of the amazing things that our city provides to us on a daily basis, at one event, under one roof. This show will feature all of the small businesses that really bring value to our local community for moms and babies alike. We will be hosting raffles through the non-profit organizations that will be attending. Those prizes will include: a Storytime Recliner from Best Home Furnishings, a video baby monitor, an iPad, an Ingenuity Trio 3 in 1 high chair (deluxe Piper) , a Doona car seat, a Tula baby carrier, a Leap Frog tablet, a family pass to Mesker Zoo, Holiday World Tickets, 3 Kindle Fire HD's, and that's just the start of it all! There will be a nursing area with lactation help available to any nursing mom with questions. The Jasper Police Department is going to be doing car seat safety installation checks in the parking lot so everyone can be sure they ride away safely.

New to 2016's event:
We will have a few face painters on staff doing free face painting AND free balloon animals for the children. They will be accepting tips, but their work will be included in your free ticket or paid ticket (if you choose to pay at the door). Libby's Gourmet Ice Cream will be at this event serving ice cream and make sure you bring cash to be part of the raffles for this event. Just like in 2015, when you donate to a non-profit, you will get tickets and you can disperse those tickets wherever you'd like to win. So if you buy 10 tickets for $10 with Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, you can either put you tickets there, or maybe you'd like to try to win something else and you'd like to disperse those tickets elsewhere. It's completely up to you. This way, everyone wins. 
SIRS will be hosting a CPR and First Aid class. Parents will not gain certification with this class, but they will be able to walk away with more peace of mind and knowledge than before. Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center will be hosting a short breastfeeding class. Anna Goins will be hosting a short cloth diaper class. Bean to Sprout is going to be hosting the Maternity Fashion show, and we have a few beautiful models to display these clothes.

When and where do I show up? 
This amazing event will take place at the Klub Haus 61 on Sunday May 1st, 2016 from 1pm-3:30pm. (Eastern/"Jasper"/"Fast" Time)

There will be a $5 charge the day of the event for anyone ages 16 and over that didn't get an early bird ticket for free online. Please do not register your information under someone else's name to get a ticket for them. This will hinder some raffles and you might not qualify for exclusive offers.


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No, but everyone aged 16 or over will need a ticket. The tickets are free when you register online, before the event. If you choose, you can pay at the door. Tickets will be $5 at the door.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There will be ample parking in the Klub Haus' Parking Lot.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Feel free to bring cash, check and your card to the event to purchase raffle tickets or anything from the vendors. The raffle tickets must be purchased with cash.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, but that person can register their own information for free as well. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have a digital sign in at the front desk.

What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for the tickets at this event. The vendors make their own refund policies for their booths and purchases made the day of.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
In order to log everyone in and see who is in attendance for giveaways and other things, we do require that everyone have their own ticket with their most current information
